Move & Stay Fit for Teens In-Person

Certified instructor Darlene Kelbach will lead everyone through easy-to-follow fitness and dance routines set to popular music. We'll provide light hand weights for strength building. Everyone should wear comfortable clothing, including socks, and bring a yoga mat and water bottle. We'll have refreshments available. Open to ages 10-18.
