Move and Stay Fit for Teens In-Person

Teens will explore movement-based fitness exercises incorporating elements from yoga, barre, and dance. Light hand weights will be provided for strength building. Wear comfortable clothing including socks. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Open to ages 10-18.
