Stretch, Balance & Strengthen for Seniors In-Person
In this chair supported class, Seniors will sit and stand while practicing various stretches and balancing postures for improved health and well-being. Light hand weights will be used for upper body strengthening. Wear comfortable clothing and supportive shoes. Bring hand weights or borrow a pair from the library.
