Yoga Nidra - Deep Relaxation

Yoga Nidra - Deep Relaxation In-Person

This class will begin with gentle stretches & yoga poses on the floor then move into a supported reclined position for 30 minutes of guided yoga nidra meditation to promote deep relaxation for improved health & well-being. Wear comfortable clothing to move & rest in and bring a yoga mat and other desired props such as blankets.
